These are the Terms and Conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and any other goods ("goods") from IZAAK AZANEI DMCC at www.izaakazanei.com (the "website"). These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you by posting the updated Website Terms on the website, so please be sure to check regularly for updates. Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is given when you purchase any goods from us. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying anything from this website. IZAAK AZANEI Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE Law. This means that a Contract for the purchase of products from our website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by UAE Law.
When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable.
Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your Website Basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for.
We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour of the product. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer equipment, and accordingly, we are unable to guarantee the precise colour of the product on delivery. Furthermore, each individual fur is unique and so the thickness may vary across pieces. The manner in which it takes to colour (for our dyed pieces) is unique, and although it will be similar across pieces, all shades will not be identical.
www.izaakazanei.com (the “Website”) may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will actually be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.
Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.
Once you have secured your item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. As soon as your pre-ordered piece has been sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details, so you know when to expect it.
Once your pre-ordered item is ready to be delivered, we’ll send it with the shipping option you selected at checkout. We’ll also email you once your order is on its way, so you can track its progress and know when it will arrive.
The estimated dates listed in the Product Description are subject to change and are estimated dates only. If there are any changes to the dispatch and / or delivery dates, you will be notified via e-mail at the same e-mail address used at checkout.
Please note that when purchasing a pre-order piece, any items from our current collection in your Order won’t be shipped until the pre-order is ready to be sent. If you’d prefer to receive any current pieces sooner, we’d suggest placing a separate order.
If you need to make any changes to the size of your pre-order, please contact us within 5 working days of placing your order. After this time, we won’t be able to make any changes.
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your pre-order within 14 days of receipt – this will follow our regular returns policy.
We currently accept the following payment types for orders placed on our website: Visa and MasterCard. Payment will be taken at the time you place your Order. By entering payment details onto our website, you warrant that you are duly authorised to pay using those details.
We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorised; suspicious; the payment method is not valid or; where we do not think you are authorised to utilise the relevant payment type.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our Website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records or sales invoice.
Prices on the Website exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.
When you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to that on our Website, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the product/service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We are under no right to Price Match our Products with third party retailers.
We reserve the right to set our Prices at the level we choose.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion. All orders purchased with a discount code (excluding the discount code for new subscribers and the discount code for abandoned cart) are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We will aim to dispatch the order as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have provided. In some cases, the item(s) you have ordered may be available in a different warehouse and this could lead to a delay in the delivery in your item. Should this happen, we will notify you via email.
Please note that if your Order has been shipped you will no longer be able to cancel the order, and will have to follow our returns policy.
Weight of delivery is recorded prior to shipment. Weight of shipment can be verified against weight of underlying contents of each delivery. Weight of each delivery is recorded to serve as proof of contents of each underlying package. Weights of each item can be found on our company website. The weight of the delivery box with one IZAAK AZANEI item is approximately 0.3 to 0.5 kg. If two items are ordered at one time, they will be packaged together making the box weight approximately 0.75 to 2.5 kg. When more than one item is ordered at a time, the items will all be shipped together in the same delivery box. Once we have dispatched the box, the corresponding weight of the parcel can be verified by the customer. Changes to the contents after dispatch are not liable by us provided that we can give the customer proof of the weight on dispatch. Please note that we do have CCTV footage in our international packing station, which can act as proof if a dispute were to arise.
Items are either dispatched on the same working day or the next working day depending on the time of order and availability of the product in the warehouse.
International Distribution Office hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm (excluding Public Holidays)
If an order is placed after 4 pm on Thursday, it will be processed on the following Sunday.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 working days once your order has been dispatched. In some instances, item(s) with fur may not lawfully be imported into the destination country. The customer must ensure the product can lawfully be imported into the destination country. Deliveries outside of the UAE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country.
All orders are delivered duties unpaid and all import taxes, duties and customs fees as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. All shipments outside of the UAE should arrive within their specified timescale stated, should there be no customs delays. Please note that the timescales stated are after dispatch of the order.
www.izaakazanei.com (the "website") will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanction countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
Events outside of our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside our control. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
You may contact us at any time prior to your Order being marked as “Processed" on our online Order tracking system to cancel or change it. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund or (ii) do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment. If the Order has been processed, please await delivery and use the Returns process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
IZAAK AZANEI DMCC is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on all our products if sent back to us within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise; subject to all tags being intact and not being worn.
Please note that we do not provide any returns paperwork in the delivery box. To make a return, please email us at email@example.com and indicate clearly the reason of your return. Please include as many details as possible.
(Any item(s) purchased in the SALE (including FINAL SALE and SUMMER SALE) are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of item(s) duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees).
Your Order will be refunded upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please allow 7 to 10 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the Refund confirmation email, please allow further 5 to 10 working days for the refund to enter your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank and is outside our control.
Refunds will be done only through the original Mode of Payment.

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement item(s).
Item(s) purchased online can be returned via post.
Item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags.
IZAAK AZANEI DMCC will not accept returns for any item(s) that have been worn and /or tags removed.
When sending the item(s) back to us from outside the UAE, the customer must remember to classify the item(s) as a “RETURN”. The item(s) must not be classified as merchandise otherwise it will be sent back to the customer.
All items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returns to us, and for any costs incurred. If your parcel is stopped in customs and a charge is levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. IZAAK AZANEI DMCC is not liable to pay customs duty for returned goods under any circumstances.
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Please note that refunds received outside of this time frame will not be accepted. By purchasing from IZAAK AZANEI DMCC you accept these terms and conditions.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged or incorrect.
**We strongly recommend using a recorded or special delivery that insures you for the value of the goods as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
All credit/debit card details and personal identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The data collected on this site includes your contact details and demographic information. While your credit card information is collected at the time of purchase, only the last four digits are stored on the IZAAK AZANEI DMCC server.
The information you provide to IZAAK AZANEI DMCC will only be used to process your order and to add your name (mailing address and email address) to our mailing list so that you will receive future mails by post or by email.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the Website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
